- Michael Eyre Photography Added March 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Preordered two large fried rice - price was $17, was told 25 min to pick up. Havent been for many years. Arrived on time and advised not ready. Waiting area as full and people standing waiting. Waited... waited... eventually after waiting half an hour (1 hour since ordering), I went to the counter. Asked another customer who was evidently not happy and waiting, she was told 25 min when she ordered. Reception provided no explanation or apology but provided they are told to say 25 min by the manager. I asked for the manager who advised the football game was the issue... I advised this was not the reason and was unfair to give false expectation to its customers and not realistic times because they may lose customers. Absolutely terrible service and rice was average compared to what we have had elsewhere. Will never go there again!
