  Waited for over 40 mins :/ Busy branch with not enough seating. The area we sat in had low quality ottoman style seating that was sticky, lots of staff however not much seems to be happening quickly. Like I said I watched for 40 mins and was not impressed at all... Went in for a simple cash deposit only.

  Hopeless! The staff here always seem to be in endless discussions with each other, ignoring customers some who are sitting on the floor because they have been waiting so long for the one teller. Worst branch ever.

  Have to wait a clear atleast 30 minutes to get served 3 times in a week. Small businesses like us if spend 2 hours for banking every week, then it's better to move to another bank where they have business deposits counter.

  For 5th time I have wasted my time for more than 30 minutes standing up in front of the counter and waiting for someone to approach me and telling me that I only can book you to come back next week as we don’t have any one to answer your questions.
  For a breach with 20 workstation only 3 apparently were working (no customer with them) and 5 customers were waiting for them to assist them for their banking issues.
  Very very very disappointing for anyone.

  I've mentioned on 2 occasions I have a heart issue & I need a pen so I could sit down & fill in the deposit slip. Both times there was no pens on the table. On my 2nd visit I sat down at an empty desk on the customer side because the table was full. A extremely rude older Indian looking woman who worked there asked me if I needed anything & I said no thanks I'm just filling in this deposit form, she told me to move because there could be paying customers to serve & I am a customer of ANZ!!! To top off my bad experience at this ANZ branch there was only 1 teller open & there was a long wait. I now have to fill in my deposit slips at home because they won't put pens on the table & they won't let me sit down for 5mins at an empty desk to fill in a deposit slip when the table there is full. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!! The Joondalup ANZ branch NEEDS to be restructured ASAP!!!
